Chateau Carbonnieux Blanc 2007
Pale yellow, with green hues.
A distinctive, pure and vibrant nose, with aromas of citrus and exotic fruit. More complex touches of white peach and blackcurrant buds appear when the wine is swirled. The wine offers elegant woodiness, with hints of toast.
The initial taste is very bold, acidulous and crisp, dominated by lime. The structure is fleshy and balanced, with the crispness of a young wine. Goes well with shellfish, seafood and smoked salmon.
