Chef Mark Mc Gillycuddy has created a beautiful 3 course dinner to accompany 4 terrific wines from Bordeaux. Broadcaster and Sunday Business Post wine correspondent Tomas Clancy will guide us through the wines and the history of the greatest wine region in the world.
Tomas’s knowledge of and passion for Bordeaux will both educate and entertain in his own inimitable way. This is set to be a most enjoyable evening in the wonderful setting of The Fern restaurant.
