'Les Soucas' means 'old vines' in the local Provencal dialect and this is how this cuvée got its name.
An absolute stunner from Luberon! Bright yellow in colour with green tinges. On the nose, pastry and floral notes mingle with peach and melon aromas. The palate has a creamy texture derived from the lees ageing complemented by a refreshing streak of minerality that adds to the complexity and vivacity of the wine.
