Graham Beck Brut Rosé

The two varietals in this sparkling wine, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, each add their own special magic to the final blend. Chardonnay for fruit and elegance and Pinot Noir for length of flavour and a touch of colour. The delightful salmon pink colour perfectly complements the delicious strawberry fruit flavours. Savour the light yeasty aromas, good freshness on the nose and rich, creamy complexity on the palate. Fine mousse and a great length of flavour round off this blushing stunner. Delicate and delightfully demure, yet complex and richly rewarding - this vintage Brut Rose ticks all the boxes for serious bubbly connoisseurs.

"While terroir is the dominant element in many great wines, every so often the personality of a winery owner or winemaker will shine through in their wines. Brittle or generous, the way a winemakers farms affects the taste of their wines. The character of feisty, driven winemaker Graham Beck, who died in 2010, was well expressed through his shiraz. However, his meticulous, positive personality is best seen in this wine. It has the finesse of Champagne, and is made in the identical manner, with cool climate chardonnay and pinot noir. An over delivering bargain." - Sunday Business Post, 21 February 2016
