Jameson Cooper's Croze, a tribute to the work of Ger Buckley, Jameson's Master Cooper.
This whiskey was produced to show the versatility of the casks which Jameson use in their whiskeys. A whiskey which aims to give a true representation of the style of flavour which the oak can give to the whiskey.
To give the wood essence to this whiskey, there are a variety of casks used, ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and some virgin oak. These all married together create a fantastic flavourful whiskey.
The Coopers Croze, is a tool which is used to make a barrell, this tool has been used for many generations in coopering.
