What is the Mitchell & Son Loyalty Club?

The Loyalty Club is a rewards scheme that makes it easy to earn points towards future purchases. Use your Loyalty Club Card to earn points for your purchases that you can redeem later for purchases in store.

How do I register my card?

In order to become a full member of the Loyalty Club you need to register your Loyalty card in one of our shops. We promise to keep it short and simple!

Can I collect points with all purchases?

With your new Loyalty Card you'll earn points on almost everything - Wine (including bubbly!), Spirits (including Green & Yellow Spot Whiskey!), Riedel Glassware, Le Creuset Wine Accessories, chocolates and cheese. The only items excluded are cigars, gift cards, and services.

How many points will I earn?

2 POINTS PER €1 - It's a pretty sweet deal! What are my points worth? 1 point = 1 cent

How many points do I need before I can redeem them?

500 Points, equivalent to €5.

How do I know how many points I've got?

When you make a purchase in store your till receipt will show how many points you have earned on that transaction. To find out your total balance, ask a member of staff in one of our shops.

What if I forget to use my Loyalty Card when I make a purchase?

Hang on to your receipt! If you have forgotten to present your Loyalty Card to earn points, bring your receipt back to the shop within 1 month of the original purchase and have the points you missed added onto your card.

Can I accrue points for purchases made on www.mitchellandson.com?

When you go through the checkout process on our web site, please enter the message "Sign me up to your Loyalty Club" in the Gift Message text box. If you already have a loyalty card please enter the card number in the Gift Message box.  This can be found below the bar code on the back side of the card.

Don't worry, if you also have a gift message you can enter that as well.  All our web orders are handled by humans who will know how to separate the information.  We will send your loyalty card with your order and add the points on for you. 

We admit this is a workaround and we hope to make this easier in the very near future.

Can I redeem Loyalty points for purchases online?

Unfortunately, not yet. However we are working on this so look out for future announcements. In the meantime, if you can't make it into one of our shops but you have points burning a hole in your pocket, give us a call and we can arrange something over the phone.

Is there a minimum spend when I redeem my Loyalty points?

500 points

Can I collect points and redeem Loyalty points at the same time?

Yes, please make sure your Loyalty Card gets swiped to add your points every time you shop in Mitchell & Son even if you're redeeming Loyalty points.

Do Loyalty Points expire?

If you don't use your Loyalty Card for 18 months your points balance associated with your account will be removed.

What should I do if I lose my card?

If you have lost or had your Loyalty Card stolen, contact one of our shops to have a replacement card issued.
