Thierry Mortet Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru 'Les Beaux Bruns'

Domaine Thierry Mortet is located in the center of the village of Gevrey-Chambertin. The appellation is made up of a single plot of 22 ares, planted on very stony, shallow clay-limestone soil, 35 years old. Aging takes place in barrels, 30% of which are in new barrels. The Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru “Les Beaux Bruns” is defined by a nose of black cherries, a structured, deep, subtle palate ending with a persistent aromatic complexity.

Farm poultry, ducks, and other feathered game go wonderfully with this wine.
