Straw yellow with golden highlights. Clean and bright with an intense nose displaying a richness of varietal nuances including citrus and pineapple notes, smoky hints masquerading as caramel and toffee. On the palate it is enveloping, opulent and round, but with fresh finish. An elegant and complex wine with a lot of class.
The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is carried out in new barrels of allier French oak then left on the lees for 8 months, performing bâtonnage to develop the complexity of the finished wine.
