This junmai ginjo, made with rice that has been refined to 50%, has fine aromas of apples and Japanese sakura cherries. Light and soft ont he palate with notes of peaches and strawberries. It is clear and elegant with the freshness of the North and the mild sweetness of rice. It is best served chilled and complements sushi and sashimi, as well as grilled meat or fish.
