Cava

Richer with more complex flavours than that of Prosecco, Cava gets its characteristic nuance from the Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes that are blended together during production. Made in the Champagne method, Cava ages well and has strongly adhered to a classification system similar to that of Rioja, ensuring the utmost quality across the board.
