Recognisable by both its pure and creamy style, Le Blanc de Blancs is a genuine ode to Chardonnay. Bright, white gold, very fine bubbles. Great aromatic freshness on the nose. The palate is generous and lively with green fruit, touch of pastry/brioche, citrus fruit. Silky texture and a long, enduring finish.
