This property is owned by the Lesgourgues family, owners of Armagnac producer Chateau Laubade.
The vineyard dates from 1778 and is located in Générac, in the heart of the Côtes de Blaye appellation. The white wine is produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc from vines of average age 23 years. The soils are sandy on heavy limestone and are farmed sustainably.
The red wine of this 23ha estate is a blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon from vines of average age 32 years and is matured for 16 months in vats. The soils are sandy-clay on heavy limestone.
