The Palazzo Maffei Estate is 12ha planted mostly to Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara varieties at an altitude of 300–450m. This ancient estate once belonged to Marquis Maffei, of an aristocratic Veronese family. Here the Cottini family grow their oldest vines with the best exposure to the sun.

The Monte Zovo estate does not use weed-killers or fungicides and aims to preserve the ecosystem of the vineyard by farming organically.
