Domaine de Pellehaut

Domaine de Pellehaut is a true farming estate run in a traditional way by Gaston Béraut and his sons, Martin and Mathieu. The straw from the local 'Blonde d'Aquitaine' cattle sheds makes a first-rate manure for the vines, thus allowing a balance of organic matter to be maintained in the different parcels, whilst limiting the use of synthetic fertiliser. All fermentations undertaken with natural yeasts.
