Glendalough

With the guiding hand of Saint Kevin looking up at them from their own branding, Ireland's first craft distillery was opened by a group of friends interested in reviving Ireland's craft distillation heritage. They first released a poitín, the much whispered about Irish spirit. While they wait for their own stocks to mature, they have sourced whiskey from the Cooley Distillery in Louth making it their own through maturation and blending. Their gins are made from fresh, wild ingredients, foraged in the mountains around the distillery and put in the still within hours of picking to ensure unmatchable quality.
