Beaujolais Nouveau is the most popular vin de primeur, or early release wine. It is fermented for just a few weeks before being released for sale on the third Thursday of November to celebrate the harvest.
One of the oldest wineries in Beaujolais, the Chasselay family have been wine growers since 1464. They have been cultivating the vines for many years using techniques that respect the environment. One of the pioneers of organic agriculture in Beaujolais, their wines have been certified organic since 2006.
Bursting with bright red fruit flavours, Chasselay Beaujolais Nouveau is delightfully quaffable. A light hearted and fun way to celebrate the harvest.
