The roots of Parés Baltà go back to the 18th century. In 1790 the first vines were planted on the estate that surround the winery in the Penedès. Nowadays, Parés Baltà produces a wide range of high quality wines that have been both nationally and internationally acclaimed. The foresight and imagination of winemakers (and sisters-in-law) María Elena and Marta have revolutionised the winery.
Combining innovation with tradition, they make organic and biodynamic wines that are full of character and true expressions of their Mediterranean terroir.
