Located in the subzone of Rosal in Rias Baixas, Quinta de Couselo believes in sustainable viticulture as well as in traditional cultivation practices. They do not use weed-killers or fungicides and aim to preserve the ecosystem of the vineyard by farming organically. The Turonia Albariño is made from the fruit of vines over 30 years old and spends 4 months ageing on the lees.
