Produced in the low foothills of the Pyrenees, where the climates of the Mediterranean and Atlantic meet, this original blend – light and easy-to-drink – makes Cassagnau a Languedoc wine with the Provençal accent. Jacques Abet, doctor by profession, winemaker by passion, runs this family-owned estate with enthusiasm and painstaking care in a terroir that is unique.

A very light rose petal colour that follows on the nose with floral notes, a touch of citrus and spices. The palate brings together the freshness of Cabernet Franc and a delicate flesh lifted by a stimulating mineral sensation! Then appear the classic Pinot Noir red berry fruits flavors! A delicious, elegant and feminine wine. What a pleasure to taste this wine with friends, served chilled, on a beautiful summer evening to accompany Mediterranean dishes, or quite simply, grilled meats!
