'When I was studying wine in France, I had to find an internship and I ended in the South of France in a lovely estate: La Dourbie. Here, I found everything I love about wine and why I decided to work in this industry. We share the same values of being close and respectful with nature. Wine is a living product, that's ok if it takes time. There's a family state of mind that I think is important as wine is only good to me if it is shared.
