The dialect word 'escoubasso' means conclusion, a job done, completion. In Gascony, the 'escoubasso' is the big meal held to celebrate the end of the harvest.
A golden yellow hue with floral fragrances and tropical fruit aromas play around the nostrils. The light, tropically flavoured palate finishes on a fresh, citrussy note. Enjoy as an aperitif, with an hors d’oeuvre of foie gras, or as a dessert wine.
