Our best selling wine... and for good reason! Brilliant colour with light green tints, signs of freshness and youth. The nose is moderately intense, layered with ripe tropical fruit aromas. Fine floral and herbaceous notes are also perceptible. Greater intensity is present on the palate, where the fine balance between the freshness of the aromas and the richness imparted by ageing on fine lees are to be savoured

Domaine de Pellehaut Blanc 

Domaine de Pellehaut is a true farming estate run in a traditional way by Gaston Béraut and his sons, Martin and Mathieu. The straw from the local ‘Blonde d’Aquitaine’ cattle sheds makes a first-rate manure for the vines, thus allowing a balance of organic matter to be maintained in the different parcels, whilst limiting the use of synthetic fertiliser. All fermentations undertaken with natural yeasts.
