An exceptionally expressive nose of white-flesh fruits such as pears, apples and peach) complemented by floral perfume and herbs and zingy citrus fruits - lemon, lime and grapefruit. Perfectly balanced and fresh. A great match for seafood, poultry, light-sauced pasta dishes and fresh vegetable salads.

"This organic wine offers heady aromas of fragrant spice, lemon blossom and fleshy white fruit and a silky mouthfeel with savoury herbal notes: think heavily herbed dishes or baked veg." Aoife Carrigy, Irish Independent, 9 September 2023

"This wine has spritely grapefruit, lemon and pear tones but plenty of complexity and structure, too. Layers of flavor and acidity unfold on the palate, making it a wine for contemplation and savoring. It finishes with a touch of apricot." 90 points (2018 vintage), Wine Enthusiast.
