Ambroise Ladoix 1er Cru 'Les Grechons'

From 40 year old vines grown on stony, iron & marl rich soil. The Ladoix ‘Les Grechons’ vineyard is located on the lower slopes of the hill of Corton, this wine exhibits some of the hallmarks of Grand Cru Burgundy. Aromas of acacia, ripe fruit. We can recommend a foie gras that will go well with the acidity of Ladoix or even shellfish such as lobster or a fine piece of Turbot.
