Sauvignon Blanc produces some of the most popular dry white wines in the world. This variety has found its ideal climatic conditions in Trentino for developing its unique aromatic notes. The grapes for this wine are cultivated on the mid-high altitude hills of Trentino along the Adige River, where temperature changes are quite dramatic. This wine is characterized by a straw-yellow color. It shows notes of pepper, elderberry, gooseberry, asparagus and tomato leaf. Fresh and slightly sour. Ideal with rich dishes such as smoked and grilled fish, white meats, polenta dishes, mid-seasoned cheeses.
