Chateau Marjosse 2016

Elegant nose with notes of very ripe cherries, blueberries and blackberries with a hind of licorice. Fat and velvety on the palate with ripe tannins and a fruit compote finish.

"The 2016 Marjosse, Pierre Lurton's property in Entre-Deux-Mers, has a pretty black olive and blackberry-scented bouquet, with a touch of pencil box emerging with time. The palate is medium-bodied with grippy tannin, plenty of sappy black fruit with a dash of white pepper on the finish. Fine." 90 points, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

"A round and juicy red with blueberry and plum character. Medium body and a fresh finish. Attractive." 90 points, James Suckling
