A blend of Obedieh and Merwah, two ancient grape varieties indigenous to The Lebanon. According to legend they were taken back to Europe with the Crusaders and are reputedly the ancestors of Chardonnay and Semillon. Both varieties are fermented and matured in oak barriques for 9 months, then blended and aged a further 4 years in bottle before release. Decant and drink at cool cellar temperature.
