A Dublin Dry Gin with Osmanthus Flower & Oolong Tea, Chinnery Gin captures the flavours of the Old China Trade, distilling the most delicate of the botanicals individually under vacuum at low temperature to extract the best possible flavour.
Floral aromas, leading into hedgerow notes of honeysuckle, wild herbs and bramble. Sun-ripened strawberries and rhubarb, petals and delicate aromatics mingle with botanical notes of juniper and coriander, light, clean and summery with just a hint of orange zest.
Rich, creamy and zingy on the palate. Warming and mouth watering, juicy summer fruits and fresh herbal notes work in harmony with spicy flavours of clove and cardamon, and floral tea. Crisp, clean and green on the finish, almost Mediterranean, a hint of olives. Very satisfying.
