Domaine Huet, founded in 1928, was one of the first in France to start biodynamic agriculture. After 30 years of constant biodynamic cultivation, the wines coming from three different plots are vinified in the purest expression to reflect the local terroir. The range of wines includes dry, sweet and sparkling wines. The limestone and clay soil of Le Haut Lieu gives wines which are ready to drink at an early stage.
