The Caillardières are harvested later, the berries are very golden, giving the wines aromas of cooked apple, exotic fruits, raisins and toasted almonds. The terroir gives it a very silky texture characteristic of these sandstone schisto plots. This cuvée is vinified and aged in barrels (French oak, 12 months) which reveal a slight bitterness providing a long and pleasant finish. A very special wine.
