The Domaine du Pélican consists of two old properties a few kilometres from Arbois that were acquired by the renowned Marquis d'Angerville estate in Burgundy.
100% Chardonnay fermented with native yeasts and aged for 10 months in neutral barrel. Notes of peach and lemon accompanied by lovely almond aromas. Solid structure and lively acidity with a pleasant, lingering finish. A superb wine!
