Domaine Tissot Arbois Pinot Noir 'Sous la Tour'

Founded in the early 1960's, this Jura domaine is now run by Benedicte and Stephane Tissot. They work with 32 hectares of vines in the Cotes du Jura and Arbois appellations. The domaine is certified biodynamic which means the wine-making process is very labour intensive but the hard work pays off as they make excellent wines that are fresh, vibrant and full of character.
