Sourced from two regions in Spain, Ribera del Duero and Madrid, 'The King of Glam' started off as an experiment - to find out what would result from a multi-regional blend of Garnacha using whole bunch, carbonic maceration. The results were so delicious that it has now claimed its place in the permanent section of Alfredo Maestro's range.
Bright and juicy and packed with sarsaparilla, red jube and brown spice notes - there's loads of sweet fruit and a vibrant clean finish. It is unoaked, employs wild yeast fermentation and is neither fined nor filtered.
