A stunning Single Pot Still Single Cask release from Ireland's Garden Country Distillery. This small batch release from cask no 2201 was aged in an ex-Bourbon cask before being transferred to a VIrgin American Oak cask to be finished for 6 months. Expect delicious notes of hints vanilla with plenty of signature pot still spice with some zesty citrus. This release is limited to only 345 bottles.
