We’re delighted to announce the Riedel Experience & Masterclass hosted by Maximilian Riedel.
On Wednesday 28 June, Maximilian Riedel himself will guide us through the new Veloce Riedel range of stemware in Dublin's Conrad Hotel. This is a pioneering range of glassware which looks and feels like it’s been handmade yet incredibly the crafting happens in intricate machines.
This promises to be an incredible tasting experience and evening. It’s a unique chance to discover why these different glasses, designed for different styles of wines, have become so popular. Maximilian will be demonstrating how and why the different shapes of glasses make a significant difference to the aroma and taste profile of a wine. Using Riedel’s Veloce Range, you will have the opportunity to experience this for yourself by tasting wines ideal for each of the four classic glass styles and comparing the same wine served in the 'wrong' glass. It’s quite an eye opener that has continued to surprise audiences for many years.
Tickets are €99. Everyone attending will be given a tasting set of four Veloce Range Riedel glasses to take home which are worth €118.
The experience and glasses are bound to bring a whole new dimension to your wine enjoyment.
Doors will open at 6pm and the tasting will begin promptly at 7pm. Latecomers will not be admitted.
