Olim Bauda Nebbiolo: The typical ruby red colour of Nebbiolo. Ample and complex. Floral sensations with notes of fresh and withered rose and violet, wild strawberries, raspberries and cherry jam, spice, chocolate, cloves, black pepper and nutmeg. This is a wine presenting finely marked tannins that are smooth, but with fresh and lifted acidity.

Colline de l'Hirondelle 'A La Volee': Their first ephemeral blend capturing the 2019 vintage’s exceptional freshness.  This Mourvedre with a hint of Syrah is aromatic and surprising. Smooth and spontaneous the Mourvèdre shows its floral side with rose-petal and violet aromas balanced out with subtle notes of menthol and garrigue. 

Pago de los Capellanes Joven: Bright cherry colour with an intense floral and red forest fruit bouquet and a mild lactic note with hints of vanilla left by its exposure to the oak (150 days). On the palate the texture is full, elegant, long lasting and velvety, without losing any of the intensity of young wines from the Ribera del Duero region.
