Deep, vibrant crimson. Wild raspberry, blackberry and black pepper aromas predominate. Savoury, spicy notes are also prominent along with some meaty overtones. The Viognier has added a lifted aromatic quality and softened the tannins, making the wine more supple and appealing. Powerful yet balanced, ripe tannins give the wine great structure.
