Saturate is a dry-hopping black hole. The idea is to take a single hop and push it to its limits. From a simplified grist of Floor Malted Maris Otter, Wheat Malt and Oats, Saturate begins with Columbus & Mosaic in the whirlpool. It moves onto a 4 stage dry hop building to a dry hop rate of 20g/L all the while being fermented on our house English ale yeast.
It’s an up-close look into the spectrum of Mosaic’s aroma ranging from pineapples, passionfruit, pine and blueberries with a flavour spectrum that continues through tropical fruits to a pithy resinous finish.
