Deep red colour with purple tinges. On the nose it is fresh with a red berry bouquet and slightly spicy with hints of cocoa. The palate is delicate with a velvety texture packed with red cherry flavour, spices and liquorice tones

Domaine le Novi Terre de Safres Rouge

This family wine estate, covering around 30ha is the project of vigneron Romain Dol and his father. The estate enjoys a rare mixture of Mediterranean influences along with the Luberon highland climate of northern Provence. A variety of Oligocene soils - marl, limestone, sandstone and sandy clays (safres) - is farmed sustainably without use of fertilizers or herbicides and Le NOVI is certified organic.
