This Riesling is intense with candied citrus and yellow peach notes. Ripe and powerful on the palate with a long clean finish. Marries marvelously with fine fish and white meats in creamy sauces.

Domaine Sipp Mack Riesling Grand Cru Rosacker Alsace

Jacques Sipp and his wife Laura run this domaine bequeathed through 9 generations since 1698. The vineyards cover approximately 22 hectares located within 4km of the winery in Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé and Bergheim. The terroirs are varied but essentially calcareous clay. All harvesting is by hand.

After years of certified sustainable farming and integrated pest management, the Sipps converted the entire domaine to certified organic farming and have been certified since 2013.
