Deep purple core with vibrant crimson hues. On the nose you are welcomed with dark, rich berry fruits. Hints of spice and some savoury, peppery notes. Upon tasting there is excellent depth and structure with lush notes of plums, red berry fruits and a hint of spice. Fruity, fresh and vibrant, medium bodied, with silky tannins that lead to a long, moreish finish.

It saw 8 months in second use French oak, and as with the Coonawarra Series tradition, now to the medium term is when it will shine best.
