Chavy-Chouet, two families, two villages on the Côte d'Or linked by a love for terroir over seven generations. From “simple” Burgundies to village wines and up to premier crus, plots across these appellations are nurtured with the same care and attention, with the utmost respect for nature.

Le Clos des Corvées de Citeau is in the center of the village of Meursault. It is the estate's monopole, formerly owned by Cistercian monks, and is surrounded by tall walls creating a micro-climate that encourages early growth and ripening. This plot, on a rich clay soil, produces an equally rich wine that is dense and concentrated, with toasted bread and citrus notes and a delicious crispness.
