The latest addition to Clonakilty's Cask Finish Series matured in ex-Bourbon casks and finished in ex-Amontillado casks. Aromatic oak spices intertwine with rich caramel and toffee, accented by hint of toasted nuts. The smooth sweetness of salted caramel & butterscotch is perfectly balanced with subtle notes of walnut and cinnamon, leading to a delicate finish of caramelised nuts.

Nose: Buttered popcorn, salted caramel.

Taste: Velvet smooth texture, salted caramel continues with butterscotch and toasted walnuts.
