Every wine in Mitchell & Son has been carefully selected, researched and taste tested by our team, so we stand behind each selection on our retail list. If you are not happy with a wine, a delivery, or any aspect of our service, please contact us and we will be only too happy to help you in any way we can.
ReturnsYou can cancel your order immediately up to the point of dispatch. Simply contact us by email support@mitchellandson.com. To help us assist you as quickly as possible please quote your order reference number.
You can also visit any of our stores and exchange goods purchased online - simply email us support@mitchellandson.com to arrange and then bring along a printout of your order confirmation as proof of sale and our staff will be happy to help.
In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Mitchell’s offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred. Just contact us by phone or email (details above) and we'll take care of everything.
