Please note that our corporate order cut-off date for multi-drop deliveries is Friday, 21st November. Orders received after this date cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.

With Fastway couriers closing, other delivery networks are expected to experience significantly higher volumes in the lead-up to Christmas, which may result in delays and limited delivery availability throughout November and December.

We continue to aim for next-day delivery wherever possible. However, please be aware that factors beyond our control, including courier capacity and seasonal demand, may occasionally extend delivery times.

Due to ongoing issues with UPS and recent changes to De Minimis rules, we have temporarily paused all shipments to the United States. A small number of existing orders are currently held in UPS warehouses with no confirmed timeline for return or delivery, so we cannot guarantee successful shipment at this time.
