At Mitchell & Son, we offer an exquisite selection of wines and spirits to create unforgettable experiences that enhance the joy and sophistication of any event, be it a large corporate gathering, a launch event, or a private family celebration. We understand the importance of flexibility in meeting the unique needs of each event.

Our attentive staff, experienced in wine knowledge, service, and hospitality, provide exceptional and punctual service. We take care of all necessary goods and products, setting them up at the location in the most aesthetically pleasing and professional manner. This includes service stations with glassware, tables, linen, and more.

If the location does not facilitate waste disposal for materials such as cardboard, plastics, or glass, we will retrieve and recycle everything for you. We are dedicated to ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of our clients and their guests. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us, and we cater to the unique tastes and preferences of our clients, ensuring that every moment is marked by quality.

Mitchell & Son Wine Merchants are pleased to offer a comprehensive Sale & Return service, available for collection or delivery within our delivery area. Please note, there is a charge for Sale & Return orders if both delivery and collection are required.

Sale or Returns Terms & Conditions

We’ve refreshed our Sale or Return policy to keep things simple, fair and flexible for everyone.

For events, we ask that a minimum of 18 bottles of wine are purchased and retained. For smaller gatherings, you’re very welcome to order fewer than 18 bottles; however, these orders would not qualify for the return option.

Any wine being returned must be unopened, undamaged and in perfect resale condition.

We’re also happy to offer beers including Heineken, Peroni and Birra Moretti. Full, unopened cases may be returned, but unfortunately we can’t accept opened cases or individual bottles.

Likewise, we can provide a selection of soft drinks, including Cokes and 7UPs, with Zero options available. Returns are limited to full, unopened cases, rather than individual cans or opened cases.

As these beer and soft drink brands aren’t part of our regular shop range, we’re unable to resell individual items.

We hope this strikes the right balance between giving you flexibility for your event and keeping the Sale or Return service sustainable and straight forward.
