It is a perfect match with smoked salmon, white meats, shellfishes and various sea fruits.

Domaine de la Creuze Noire is situated in Leynes, on the frontier between the hillsides of Mâconnais and the slopes of Beaujolais. This family-run vineyard spans more than 32 hectares and is located in one of the most beautiful vineyard regions in France.
