The vineyard of this Mâcon-Fuissé is situated in the lieu-dit 'Les Châtaigniers' where it offers us floral wines with a charmful aromatic expression.

Firstly, it unveils itself through its clear, golden yellow colour. The nose is very floral with hints of hawthorn, honeysuckle, and ripe peaches. On the palate, there is great minerality, freshness and a long finish.

Serve between 11 and 13°C and it will be a perfect match for dishes such as roasted chicken or veal blanquette.
