Beautiful pale pink colour with a nose of intense floral and strawberry notes alongside mineral tones. Lively on the palate with citrus notes and red berries in abundance and a refreshing mineral finish.

This family wine estate, covering around 30ha is the project of vigneron Romain Dol and his father. The estate enjoys a rare mixture of Mediterranean influences along with the Luberon highland climate of northern Provence. A variety of Oligocene soils - marl, limestone, sandstone and sandy clays (safres) - is farmed sustainably without use of fertilizers or herbicides and Le NOVI is certified organic.
