Lovely garnet colour, the nose gives a compact aromas of raspberries and blackberries, with a hint of flowers; full bodied yet elegant in style. The palate is neat and structured with help from the high quality juice that only older vines can give. The palate is lively and complex with an abundance of red fruits and speckled with garrigue - it's a wine with deft local character. Charming and highly appealing.

This family wine estate, covering around 30ha is the project of vigneron Romain Dol and his father. The estate enjoys a rare mixture of Mediterranean influences along with the Luberon highland climate of northern Provence. A variety of Oligocene soils - marl, limestone, sandstone and sandy clays (safres) - is farmed sustainably without use of fertilizers or herbicides and Le NOVI is certified organic.
